About this apartment rental
For rent 500 meters from the city center of Les Rousses, a very nice apartment of 75 m2 renovated in 2017 located on the 5th floor (elevator) of a residence with a swimming pool refurbished in 2020 with access limited to owners and tenants only and 2 tennis courts.
The apartment is through and therefore overlooks on one side the Noirmont and Dole massifs (with a large balcony) and on the other the Risoux forest and the village of Les Rousses (with also a large balcony).
It is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms with bed of 140 each
- 2 bathrooms with shower and sink
- 2 toilets
- 1 large living room comprising:
* a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer part-ceramic hob-dishwasher-oven-microwave
waves- filter coffee maker-blender-fondue machine-raclette machine)
* a living room with sofa, coffee table, 48-inch SAMSUNG wall-mounted TV with TNT
