The rental is composed as follows: you open the door and enter the entrance. The apartment consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, dining room, and living room. Everything has been recently renovated. The entire living room has a superb panoramic sea view and opens onto the terrace. For the sleeping area, you will find the bedroom behind the living room with a 160x200 bed. You will also find a very comfortable 160x200 sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. For amenities, you have a renovated bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Regarding the exteriors, you will have access to a beautiful terrace equipped with a table, chairs and 2 relaxation cushions. The entire terrace has a panoramic view of the sea. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The furniture of the apartment is very recent and you have an internet box with wifi. The residence also has a secure and supervised private swimming pool whose access is free and reserved for tenants of the residence. Access is controlled. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the swimming pool, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of €5 per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
