Semi-detached house located in a small condominium benefiting from an ideal location:
on the immediate edge of the Courant (the river that crosses Mimizan) in a very quiet cul-de-sac, backed by the forest and far from any traffic.
The "Clos du Courant" condominium consists of four identical houses, two by two.
Each house has its own private space to park a car inside the garden.
The Clos du Courant N.1 is the house that is located at the entrance of the condominium, on the cul-de-sac side.
The condominium is located on the north beach, in the Parc d'Hiver district, less than a kilometer from the ocean beaches and 600 meters from the supervised beach located on the north bank of the Courant (which has been awarded the "Handiplage" label).
If you bring or rent bicycles, you can forget about the car during your stay: beaches, supermarket, shops and restaurants are just a pedal away!
In addition, an excellent network of cycle paths will allow you to criss-cross our Landes forest and take superb walks. You can go as far as Lake Aureilhan via the Promenade fleurie, or as far as Lespecier or Contis-plage to the south.
