The residence l'Oree des Pistes, without lift, is located in Châtel resort, Pré-laJoux road, in Linga/Villapeyron district. It is situated 2100 m away from the village center and all services. Linga cable car and the kinder garden of Les Pitchounes are 100 m away from the building, a paradise for skiers. Surface area : about 28 m². Ground floor. Orientation : South. Living room with DVD, radio, TV. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Cabin with double bed. Open-plan kitchen with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, electric mixer, fridge-freezer. Shower room with shower. Separated WC. Terrace with garden table and chair. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
