Come and discover this charming house offering a small sea view in Sarzeau. You will appreciate its garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying a barbecue, as well as its proximity to the beach.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this house can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon your arrival you will discover the lounge area with its sofas, television and decorative fireplace, perfect for relaxing moments in front of a film. The kitchen, open and well equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a **Senseo coffee maker** are also at your disposal.
On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 2: equipped with two single beds
Bedroom 3: equipped with two single beds
A bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the external car park of the rental.

Die ruhige Wohnstrasse und die Nähe zum Meer, das wir zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnten, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand liegt an einer sehr schönen Bucht mit feinem Sand. Da wenig Touristen vor Ort waren, konnten wir in das Strandleben der Einheimischen eintauchen und wurden bald schon begrüsst.
Das Haus ist hell und geräümig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen . Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt. Einzig der Esstisch hat mir persönlich nicht gefallen. Da die Wäsche von dem Feriengast selbst mit zu bringen ist, hatte ich eine schöne Tischdecke dabei, die für das Wohlgefühl gesorgt hat. Die Terasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich und unkompliziert. Es hat uns rundherum gut gefallen. A´bientot!

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Située au fond d'une impasse, elle est dans un coin calme et tranquille. La mer est proche. Nous avons pu profiter des vélos et du canoë que le propriétaire avait mis à disposition. Un très bon séjour.
