The 45 m² elevated terrace is for the exclusive use of this guest apartment and is accessible only through the kitchen exit of the guest apartment. Including the elevated terrace, the apartment has a total area of 95 m². Free Wi-Fi. The bedroom, which has a TV, features a double bed (160x200); the living room has a couch that converts into two separate single beds (80x200) (slatted frame!). The apartment is also equipped with a high-quality, height-adjustable crib (Maxi-Cosi Iora) and a high chair. Upon request, we can provide an extra bed for 25 EUR per night. / A deposit of 10% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due before arrival via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
