The “Deichnest” house is located on the outskirts of town in a quiet area, yet it’s only a few meters from the beach or the town center.
The house features a cozy terrace with a stunning, unobstructed view across a 10-hectare field. Since it faces south, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets here.
The playground is just a few meters away, where your little ones can run around to their heart’s content.
The living and dining area features a cozy sitting area with a large sofa and an armchair. A TV is included. The dining area seats 4 people.
A staircase leads from the living and dining area to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms. One room is a double bedroom and the other is a twin bedroom.
In the hallway between the bedrooms, there is plenty of storage space for suitcases, etc.
The kitchen (2016) is fully equipped and features a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a modern ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood. The inventory also includes a coffee maker and a kettle.
In the hallway downstairs, there is a built-in closet that can be used for storage, as well as a cleaning corner where, for example, a vacuum cleaner is kept.
