Location: The rustico is situated on the hills in a quiet location, the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia are only 15 minutes away by car. This beautiful villa offers a wonderful view of the sea with the enjoyment of peace, nature and the countryside. The area where the villa is located is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Original materials were used in the construction of this villa, such as handmade bricks and typical stones, which give the house a special appearance. Terracotta floors and wooden beams give the house a special flair. A covered patio and a large terrace with a view of the beautiful Versilia countryside are ideal for spending time outdoors. The grocery shops are only about 600 metres away and the sea about 6000 metres. Parking is available in the car park.
