On the first floor of the villa’s annex, you’ll find a nautical-themed vacation rental with 57 square meters of living space. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room, which features two couches and a large TV. One of the couches can be used as a sleeping area for the third and fourth guests (sleeping area: 1.60 x 2.00 meters). The built-in kitchen is separated from the living area and equipped with a chest-high oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. You can easily prepare your own meals—whether breakfast or dinner—and enjoy them at the dining table in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers ample storage space for your clothes. The apartment features many amenities you’re used to at home, including cable TV with a hard-drive receiver, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with Bluetooth. The apartment also has its own high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
The bathroom is tiled with high-quality tiles and features a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. A hair dryer is provided.
The public parking garage, where you can park your car for a fee, is located across the street. A travel crib (without linens) and a high chair are already in the apartment for your convenience.

Objekt war bei Urlaubsantritt sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Check in verlief zügig und reibungslos. Der Strand liegt wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Ein Parkplatz steht nicht zur Verfügung, so dass man gezwungen ist, sein Fahrzeug in einem Parkhaus abzustellen. Die Gebühren werden bei Abreise, gegen Vorlage einer Rechnung, erstattet. Möchte man sein Fahrzeug zwischenzeitlich nutzen, spricht man die Parkhausbetreiber an, da der Automat während unserer Anwesenheit keine Rechnungen auswarf. Ein großes Manko ist die Lage des Objektes. Dieses liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Der Berufsverkehr macht ein Schlafen bei offenen Fenster nahezu unmöglich. Da sich das Haus an einer Kreuzung befindet, begrüßt jedes Rettungsfahrzeug die Gäste eindringlich. Ein überdachtes abstellen der Fahrräder war nur eingeschränkt möglich, da der Schuppen mit Fahrradschrott überfüllt war. Die Dauermieterin des Hauses ist den Gästen gegenüber sehr aufgeschlossen, außer morgens gegen 05.30 Uhr. Dann nimmt sie sich ausgiebig Zeit die Schnecken in ihrem Garten zu beschimpfen. Fazit: die Wohnung ist Buchner, leider an völlig falscher Stelle gelegen. Aber bekanntlich kann man ja nicht immer alles haben. Daher nicht unbedingt wieder.
