Up to 4 adults can enjoy a wonderful stay in this 45-square-meter vacation apartment.
The beach and the beautiful promenade are very close by and just a few minutes’ walk away.
This charming, approximately 45-square-meter, two-room vacation rental on the first floor (Building 5, Apartment 18 in the Kaiserhof) owned by Margrit Knauff has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. Guests staying here can reach the beach and the town center in just a few minutes.
The living room of the vacation rental is furnished with a two-seater sofa bed, two armchairs, one coffee table, a sideboard, and one living room cabinet. From the living room, you have access to the lovingly landscaped terrace, which faces the dike. You can even enjoy a partial ocean view.
The apartment also features an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed and a corner wardrobe with a full-length mirror.
A beautiful new bathroom with a shower and toilet and a hallway with a built-in closet are also part of the vacation rental, as are a private parking space (No. 18/5) and electric shutters.
The vacation apartment is very close to the beach and in a quiet location, with a lovely terrace facing the Baltic Sea.
A bicycle storage room is available in the building’s basement.
Guests can also use the washer and dryer in the basement.
Hamburger Straße in Kellenhusen used to be the village street and has been repaved in recent years. It’s just a few steps to the center of Kellenhusen.
