This beautiful, comfortable, wheelchair-accessible, non-smoking ground-floor apartment is located in a quiet yet very central area in the heart of Greetsiel, near the health spa (swimming pool/sauna/wellness center). It’s just a few steps to the fishing harbor, cozy restaurants, the children’s playground, and the grocery store (where you can buy breakfast rolls).
Thanks to its central location and partially accessible features (floor-level shower, wider doors), the apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users.
Large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and blender. Electric kitchen knives and much more.
2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed 2.00 m x 1.60 m (separate mattresses) and 1 with 2 single beds 2.00 m x 0.90 m), all at a comfortable height; one bedroom includes an additional satellite TV. Shower (accessible and with a built-in seat)/toilet, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, and towel warmer are part of the high-end amenities.
The apartment also features an additional separate toilet.
The floors are fully tiled. All rooms have underfloor heating.
