For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Aug.). In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery 150 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Le Gollet" 3.1 km, railway station "Saint-Gervias les Bains le Fayet" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint-Gervais" 12 km.
