About this house rental
Only a few minutes away from the old town of Bale and yet quietly located is the Casa Ninetta.
On the second floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and open, very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. The large 3rd bedroom on the first floor of the house has a separate entrance and its own bathroom with shower/WC.
There is also a large games room on the first floor with a pool table and table tennis.
In addition to the 4x7 m outdoor pool, there is plenty of space to relax in the 600 m² enclosed garden. The covered barbecue area invites you to spend cozy evenings at the grill!
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Ninetta. Franko, the owner, went out of his way to allow us to check in early and to show us around. The property was clean, well located and with excellent facilities. Bale is a pleasant, quiet village, situated well for trips by car to Rovinj, Porec and Pula.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Haus Casa Ninetta und waren von dem Ort Bale begeistert. Sehr schnuckelige Gassen. Nicht überlaufen. Das Haus selbst war ok. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern nicht gut. Das eine knarzt bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht. Total durchgelegen. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, was in einem südlichen Urlaubsland eigentlich ein Muss sein sollte. Zum Glück hat es abends abgekühlt, somit konnten wir einigermaßen schlafen. Im Sommer wäre das definitiv zu warm ohne Klima. Die Liegen am Pool haben keine Auflagen ( wegen Corona 🤔) was doch mit der Zeit unbequem wurde. Haben uns dann in Rovinje Auflagen gekauft. Die Ausstattung in der Küche, Geschirr könnte erweitert werden. Für 6 Personen genau abgezählt. Mussten immer gleich die Spülmaschine anstellen, damit wir abends Teller und Tassen hatten. Und wir waren nur 4. Schön war der Grillplatz und der Raum mit dem Tischtennis und Billiard.
