A family holiday complex in the quiet village of Ostrowiec Sławieński. There is a private beach on the lake. The center is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, where you can relax in contact with nature, enjoy walks and bike rides. For those craving seaside views, the nearest Baltic Sea resort (Darłowo) is a 25-minute drive away. A comfortable, two-story brick house on the shore of the lake. The cottage has 4 separate bedrooms. There is also a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table for all guests, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (including 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub). The house has a large terrace on the first floor with a panoramic view of the lake. There is a set of garden furniture waiting there. The resort area is fenced and nicely landscaped. There is a convenient descent to the lake (with a fishing pier), a roofed shelter and a place for a bonfire. On the shore of the lake, a row of kayaks, boats and pedal boats are available to guests (for an additional fee). There is also a house with a garden kitchen, barbecue facilities, a smokehouse, a volleyball court, billiards, a table tennis table, a basketball hoop, and darts. There is an attractive playground for children, and in summer there is also a summer swimming pool. A washing machine is available on site (for an additional fee). The price of the stay includes: bed linen, electricity, water and gas consumption, wood, final cleaning, internet, parking. Ostrowieckie Lake, where the holiday resort is located, is perfect for fishing, swimming and water sports. The reservoir is dominated by pike, bream, perch and roach. There are also eels and zander. You can buy and obtain a fishing permit on site.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation.
