On the ground floor, you'll find two welcoming bedrooms, a convivial living area with an open-plan kitchen, as well as a dressing room and a study, for those who like to combine business with pleasure. A bathroom with shower completes this practical layout. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures optimum comfort, whatever the season.
