About this villa rental
This exclusive villa is located in Tossa de Mar and offers stunning views of the nearby sea. Spread over two floors, the villa features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a large induction cooktop, dishwasher, spacious fridge with freezer, and a separate beverage fridge, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a guest WC, accommodating up to ten guests. Amenities include reliable Wi-Fi in all rooms, ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, DVD player, as well as children’s books and toys. Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge. There is a ping-pong table on the rooftop terrace.
The private outdoor area features a pool, garden, garden furniture, terraces, balcony, barbecue, playground, and an outdoor shower.
Distances: The nearest beach restaurant is 1.0 km away, the closest café and bar are 3.5 km away, the nearest supermarket is 0.5 km away, and the nearest beach (Platja Santa María de Llorell) is 1.0 km away. Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 37.7 km away.
Free street parking is available. The large private garage with electric gate, wallbox for charging electric vehicles, compressor for inflating pool toys, cloakroom, ample space for beach gear, and direct access to the living room can be used free of charge.
The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. Please note that government water regulations may apply during your stay, which could restrict the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or tap water consumption.

Pros: More than enough space for all of us and really helpful to have so many bathrooms.
Great to be able to sit outside, again plenty of space.
Lovely to have the private beach.
Cons: We didn't realise that with the layout of the roads, it was a lot further to walk to Tossa than we'd hoped. You definitely need a car, even just to go to the local supermarket.
Bed linen looking a little tired.
Coffee machine not working and it would have been helpful to have more than one set of keys.

Pros: We have rented the villa for one week with a group of students. The villa is located in a very quiet place, so if you want to relax and chill it is a very nice place to be. It is less attractive for young people because you can really hear everything nearby at night. The villa is located in a quiet zone, so you had to be quiet at around 10 pm to 11 pm. Due the Covid-19 measures almost all the clubs were closed, so we only went to the bar for a few nights.
The villa looked well maintained on arrival. Everything was cleaned well and works fine. The villa doesn't have airconditioning, but with the windows open the temperature is very pleasant. The wifi connection was not very good, sometimes better than other times. The master bedroom is definitely the best room. The mattresses in the other rooms were quite soft, but that is a personal preference.
The pool was very nice and looked clean. But the neighbors have tall trees, so it takes a while before the sun reaches the pool. Therefore, the pool was too cold to swim in the morning.
Kurt was very friendly and responded quickly to emails and requests. The collection of keys and the final check went very smoothly.
