Beautiful house "Villa Ménec", 3 storeys, renovated in 2020. In the resort 100 m from the centre of Carnac Bourg, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2.3 km from the sea, 2.3 km from the beach. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, sandy beach "Grande plage de Carnac" 2.3 km, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur" 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 4 km, sailing school 2.3 km, tennis 600 m. Nearby attractions: Les Alignements de Carnac 600 m, La Trinité sur Mer 4 km, Presqu'ile de Quiberon 15 km, Vannes 35 km, Lorient 55 km, Belle Ile en Mer, Houat, Hoedic. Hiking paths: Le Golfe du Morbihan. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Une très belle maison, fonctionnel et agréable. Les points par rapport à la description : Il y'a bien 7 chambres avec 14 couchages Soit 4 lits doubles, 4 lits simples et 1 lit gigogne. Il n'y a pas de cafetière électrique (classique) mais 1 sense et 1 nespresso virtuo. Les points à revoir. Les tables pinic c'est sympa mais quand y a des personnes de plus de 70 ans c'est un peu compliqué, la marche entre la cuisine et la salle (haute, risque de chute) et la luminosité le soir dans la maison
