Magnificent Villa for 6 people in Bahia Feliz. It consists of two double bedrooms with an outside annex where two more people can sleep in small bunk beds. It has an area of 200 m2 with several terraces where you can sunbathe with beautiful sea views. Two bathrooms and a toilet, separate kitchen, dining room and living room. TV, air conditioning, washing machine, wifi and outdoor parking included. Bahia Feliz is a very well located resort with a magnificent infrastructure, with shopping centres, supermarkets, boutiques, cafes, bars and various restaurants. Ideal for family holidays and very well connected to visit other places on the island of Gran Canaria.
IMPORTANT. No noise from 23:00 to 09:00 hours. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces of the bungalow. Pets are not allowed in the common areas and must be mainly in the outside areas of the bungalow; at the time of the walk they must be on a leash. With a warning of orange alert or higher, decreed by the Government of the Canary Islands or by the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, smoking outside and lighting the barbecue is strictly forbidden.
At least one week before check in, the guest must send the identity documents of all the adults who will be staying, as well as return signed documents c) and d) that will be sent at the time of booking.
