Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car, skisport facilities, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 700 m, ice rink 500 m. Nearby attractions: Aareschlucht, Ballenberg Freilichtmuseum, Grimselwelt, Sherlock Holmes Museum. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen Hasliberg. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Rosenlaui, Hasliberg. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Our stay in Switzerland was wonderful. The location was very clean. All you needed was present in the house. The landlady was very friendly and very caring. We liked the quietness a lot.

Very nice appartment for two in a very quiet location but excellent access to the train station, supermarkets and local sites. Facilities generally good and cooking facilities excellent with sharp knives etc. Loved sitting in the garden. New more comfortable sofa since photos. The only negative was that the washing machine was missing (broken) so E. did a wash for us...

The appartment is very well located directly at the beginning of great hiking paths to the surrounding mountains. All necessary equipment is in the property, internet perfectly working, very functionnal kitchen and even a nice expresso machine! The owner is lovely and and very caring (takes care perfectly of her appartment). Meiringen is ideally located to visit the region, The combination of mountains and lakes is just breath taking...to sum it up: Great holiday appartment in a magical region!
