The 40 m² living room is perfectly equipped with a cosy minibar, a sofa bed, an inviting fireplace and a TV to spend relaxing evenings. All three bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning (heating/cooling) for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a microwave, fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine. In addition, the café corner on the upper floor invites you to take morning coffee breaks, with the option of enjoying them on the adjoining balcony.
Outside the house, an idyllic barbecue garden and a cosy terrace invite you to linger and relax.
