About this villa rental
Villa Cori is a stunning super luxurious holiday villa overlooking Puerto Andratx 5 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom villa with sea views and a private heated swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, near golf, sleeps a maximum of 8 people
Villa Cori is a fantastic modern villa located in one of the most exclusive areas of Puerto Andratx: Mon Port.
Enjoying stunning views of the harbour and out to sea along with vistas of the local countryside, the villa is perfect for soaking up the sun with plenty of eye candy on it`s south/south-west facing terraces which have sun all year round.
The interior of Villa Cori is to die for! Large rooms with neutral tones create a wonderful bright and spacious atmosphere perfectly complemented by eye catching splashes of colours from luxurious tones of gold and black to vibrant blues all tied together with elegant touches of detail.
6 Persons outdoor SPA also lovely in the winter time. The Spa/Jacuzzi is heated for clients while they are at the property.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: All towels and linen included in the rental. Unless agreed otherwise, the maid cleans Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 hours, and 6 hours Saturday as standard, but more hours can be arranged.
Linen is changed weekly and towels are charged Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Babysitting and outside catering can be arranged - advance notice required.
All towels and sunbathing towels available for 8 persons.
Amenities/Facilities: Barbecue, Outdoor kitchen, Private Pool with Pool Heating (at renters expense), Parking on property in own garage-for two cars+ outside parking space. Air Conditioning, underfloor Heating (all over), Internet Access, Satellite, TV. Music system (Sonos) with indoor and outdoor speakers.
Outside A mature garden surrounds the villa, giving privacy and quiet. A gardener visits 2 times weekly to maintain the plants and pool. Large south facing terraces on several levels: Pool area includes large private swimming pool ( 10*5m) with sun loungers. Lounge area - close to the pool + Lounge area on balcony first floor. Luxury garden furnitures and loungers.
Outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with alarm system.
Guest house:
As mentioned above the guest house has a bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged as a double. En suite bathroom with shower and WC. A small kitchen and seating area. Guest house has its own balcony with sea view.
The property can only be booked for a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged

The views are remarkable, the location so peaceful and the layout both inside and out make it so easy to relax. The house has everything you need for a chilled holiday.
