One bedroom on this level has a single bed measuring 140 cm in width and 195 cm in length, complete with air conditioning and access to the terrace. Another bedroom on the same floor has two beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 195 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a toilet and a bidet on this level. Electric heating is available throughout the house. Upstairs, you will find another bedroom with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 195 cm in length, with access to a balcony and terrace.
