Die Fewo machte bei der Buchung einen soliden Eindruck, was auch vor Ort bestätigt wurde. Jedoch war die Wohnung sehr fußkalt, trotz Heizung. Da es sich um eine Parterre-Wohnung handelt kroch die Kälte aus dem Keller immer wieder in die Wohnung. Weiterhin roch es sehr muffig in der Wohnung, eventuell etwas schimmlig. Vermutlich war die Wochen vor uns niemand in der Wohnung. Wir sind aufgrund des muffigen Geruches und der Kälte vorzeitig abgereist. Ansonsten war die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was beschrieben wurde und auch was man im Urlaub alles braucht. Wen es nicht stört, in einem Mietshaus eine Fewo zu buchen und keine besonderen Ansprüche hat, der kommt hier ganz gut klar.

Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen. De accommodatie is mooi, modern en ruim voor 2 personen, Alles was aanwezig. De omgeving is mooi . Zeer geschikt voor fietsers en wandelaars, Dresden is een aanrader om heen te gaan ,ongeveer 60 km. rijden.

de aankomst was goed de mevrouw was vriendelijk en lied ons het hele appartement zien de eerste indruk was wel goed maar later bleek dat het toch niet zo schoon was . onder de bank in de kamer kwamen ze niet en op de slaap kamer onder het bed nou daar was het ook niet zo schoon. laten we maar niet over de ramen praten die waren aan de buiten kant zeker in geen 2 maanden gelapt het was eerder matglas zo smerig en dan zat de nis vol spinnen webben.we moesten haast bedelen voor een stoel voor buiten die hebben we pas dinsdag gekregen.dus dat vonden wij ook niet zo leuk.verder was het wel oke we hebben er wel goed geslapen en de douch en wc was wel schoon .we hebben het verder wel naar onze zin gehad .de omgeving daar is prachtig ondank dat het corona was hebben wij toch een goede vakantie gehad met hier en daar oppassen .het was jammer dat we tsjechie niet in konden ze hadden daar alle overgangen afgesloten wegens corona maar daar kunnen jullie niks aan doen.het appartement is goed voor oude mensen die goed ter been zijn nog goed kunnen lopen en fietsen bult op en af durven te fietsen maar dan wel op mounten bikes niet met een nederlandse fiets daar heen.

We zijn prettig ontvangen door een vriendelijke beheerster. Het appartement was schoon en goed ingericht. Hoewel een onderdeel van een appartementengebouw, hebben we geen last gehad van de overige bewoners. Voor spoorliefhebbers (stoomtreinen) is de omgeving fantastisch.
