One room (12 square meters) features a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm length). The open kitchen is fully furnished with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace. On the ground floor, there is also a shower and a toilet.

The upper floor consists of two additional rooms. One room (10 square meters) has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm length), satellite TV, and air conditioning.
