Villa Nello is a beautifully restored villa, nestled into the hillside near Cortona, the town featured in the book and film *Under the Tuscan Sun*. Spanning three floors, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa
The first floor features a large entry hall, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large outdoor terrace with a dining table, where you can gather to enjoy meals while admiring the breathtaking Tuscan landscape. You’ll also find a laundry room and a bathroom on this floor. Heading upstairs to the first floor, there is a living room with access to a small, covered outdoor veranda, as well as two double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. One floor higher, you’ll find two additional double bedrooms: one is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, while the other bedroom has an adjoining bathroom just outside.
Take a dip to cool off in the private swimming pool, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden among olive trees, with an amazing view overlooking the Valdichiana.
