Guests will find a private swimming pool with outdoor shower, a private garden and portable barbecue. The farmhouse also has a washing room, internet, heating and baby bed and is the ideal solution for families or small groups of friends.

Casale il Ginepro is immersed in the woods, in a shaded area. The pool is not far (about 50 m away) on a grass lawn which overlooks the valley and is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.5 m, complete with outdoor shower, sunbeds, a portable stonework barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The washing room is in a separate structure, shared with the guests of Villa Bagnolo. Parking within the property.Interior
The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1600s and has recently been restored. The ground floor features a large living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the garden, a large kitchen with dining table with direct outdoor access, one small bathroom.
On the first floor, guests will find a small living room with TV, 2 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom with shower.
The second floor has a large living room, 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which have a private bathroom with shower, one bathroom with shower.

Location
The house is part of a farm, in a hilly location (800 metres above sea level) surrounded by woods and dense vegetation. The farmhouse boasts a great view of the whole valley, which is quite isolated despite having a few nearby houses.

The farmhouse has wifi, central heating, 2 baby beds, high chair, 3 hairdryers and parking within the property.

Services
The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas (heating excluded), high chair and baby bed. Hired help is available upon request and to be paid for at the location.

Important information
The pool is available from June 1st to September 30th from 8 AM to 9 PM. Access to the structure via 2 km of gravel road. Casale il Ginepro is close to Villa il Bagnolo, part of the same property. The washing room is shared between the two houses. Only small pets are permitted. Music prohibited from midnight to 8am.Activities and distances
The farmhouse is immersed in the woods of the hills between Val di Chiana and the Tiber valley. It is quite isolated, despite being close to other properties such as Villa Bagnolo which is part of the same property. It’s the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with friends. Art lovers can visit Arezzo with its paintings by Pier della Francesca, and Cortona, the Etruscan town and the works of Beato Angelico.

4 km groceries, 8 km Cortona (all kinds of shops), 12 km Lake Trasimeno with its equipped beaches, 41 km Arezzo, 45 km Perugia, 60 km Assisi, 78 km Siena, 128 km Florence, 200 km Rome.
