Inside, the middle floor features a spacious lounge with a 3D TV and a dining table for eight. The separate Provence-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine, Senseo coffee maker, and induction hobs. Upstairs, a loft with a double bed and an adjoining open-plan room with two single beds provides a cozy space for children, along with a library/playroom. Air conditioning cools the entire house except the lower floor. The pool is safely covered with an electric cover, and the sun terrace is furnished with 10 loungers. Three terraces, two covered with large sunshades, complete this charming retreat.
