Situated on the prestigious new development of Balcon del Mar, this one bedroom apartment boasts unparalleled design. The apartments quality and elegance are the best Nerja has to offer. As well as spectacular sea views the apartment offers a heated communal salt water swimming pool, communal gym. free WIFI, private garage parking and air conditioning and heating throughout.



The Space:

Balcon del Mar is located at the top of urbanisation Punta Lara just west of the town centre of Nerja. The beach is no more than a few minutes walk (1km) where you will find bars and chiringuitos scattered along the beach front. You can also stroll along the beach if you wish to go into Nerja (3.5 km) or alternatively take the local bus or taxi. Car hire is recommended if you do not enjoy a walk.



There is a wide selection of shops and supermarkets in Nerja and many excellent bars and restaurants ranging from simple street cafes and beach Chiringuitos to fine dining restaurants offering an array of international cuisine. Nerja also has a great selection of beaches to choose from including small ones in the town centre to the popular Burriana Beach which offers a good selection of water sports.

The Neighborhood:

Nerja with its narrow winding streets and beautiful sandy beaches is rightly regarded as the “Jewel of the Costa del Sol”. Unlike some other towns on the Costa del Sol, Nerja has preserved its charm and character, but still has all the modern amenities holiday makers are looking for including a great choice of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.



Nerja boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Arguably the most popular is the long, sandy Burriana Beach which offers an array of water sports including sea kayaking, scuba diving and paddle boarding.



There is so much more to do in Nerja besides relaxing on the beach including:

- The Nerja Caves – one of the top tourist attractions in Spain

- Balcon de Europa – the focal point of Nerja for residents and tourists alike

- Frigiliana – traditional white-washed village just 10 minutes drive from Nerja



Getting Around:

The Mediterranean paradise of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport.



CAR HIRE: It is relatively straightforward to hire a car from Malaga Airport or Nerja itself.



BUS SERVICE: There is a well-established bus service which operates a route around Nerja as well as services to the Nerja Caves, Frigiliana, Punta Lara, Torrox, Almunecar, Malaga and Seville.



TAXI: There are several taxi ranks in the town centre and all the taxis operate off of a meter for short journeys



AIRPORT TRANSFERS: There is a bus from Malaga Airport to Nerja via the central bus station in Malaga. A private taxi transfer from the airport can be booked with us for 80 euros one way for up to 4 people or 115€ for a minibus.
