2 Bedroom Villa with Outdoor & Heated Indoor Pool, Central Kalkan

This new two bedroom villa is ideally located for those guests wishing to be within an easy walking distance of Kalkan's restaurants and beaches. Literally only five minutes walk from Kalkan's bus station, market and many supermarkets, guests staying here would not need the use of a vehicle, and could walk to Kalkan's harbour public beach in approximately 10-15 minutes. The small heated indoor pool makes here suitable for guests coming in the cooler months and wishing a high degree of privacy.
The accomodation comprises of an open plan lounge/ kitchen / dining area which opens directly on to the pool terrace. The pool itself some 7 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.35 metres. Whilst effort has been made to provide a high degree of privacy around the pool by use of screens the pool is only partially secluded from the other nearby properties but does provide a certain amount of privacy.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both of these have en-suite bathrooms and access to the upper level pool. This pool has good views out across Kalkan Bay and is enclosed by glass , which can be opened for ventilation in the warmer months. Shade and privacy can be achieved by the full length blindson all sides. This indoor pool is some 5.5 x 2 metres, has a depth of 1.2 metres and can be heated to a maximum os 28 degrees centigrade . Cost is 1000 TL per day. Definitely a good choice for guests staying in the cooler months of the year!
The villa has its own parking space for one car and wifi internet.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa .
