The house is 80 square meters in size and is spread across two levels. It features a living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, heating stove, air conditioning, fan, and forced-air heating. There is also an exit leading to the terrace from this room. The sleeping quarters consist of one double bedroom with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, fan, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there are two rooms, each with a french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), one with electric heating and a fan, and the other with air conditioning, fan, and forced-air heating.

The property is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC and a separate shower/bidet/WC.
