Unit Layout

You will be staying in a 6-room villa spanning 256 square meters across two levels, facing the south-east. The villa boasts beautiful and tasteful furnishings, including a living/dining room measuring 40 square meters. This room features a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, and air conditioning. It also provides access to the terrace and swimming pool. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, you will find four rooms with sloping ceilings, each with a different bed configuration. One room has a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), another has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and the third room also has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). The fourth room features two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). All four rooms have a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The ceiling height in these rooms ranges from 175 cm to 235 cm. One of the upstairs rooms provides access to a balcony measuring 2 square meters.

Amenities Included

During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa is equipped with forced-air heating, a terrace measuring 22 square meters (partly roofed), terrace furniture, and deck chairs. You can enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside from the terrace. Additionally, the villa provides a safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryers for your convenience. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also available throughout the property.
