About this villa rental
Holiday home Tower is a 300 years old single villa situated on a working farm. It is perfect for 8 people in 4 bedrooms of which 3 are double bedrooms and 1 is with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms are with showers and a washing machine. There is also a playroom with PlayStation to enjoy a little fun.Inside the fully air-conditioned villa there is a fully-furnished living room with sofas. The kitchen-diner has an elegant dining table with 8 seats and a flat-screen TV while the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a cooker hob and a fridge with a freezer. There is a large garden with a BBQ, seating area and garden furniture. Part of the garden is set up as the children’s playing area with a swing set, a slide and a tower climber. Guests also have access to a private heated pool with salt water (50 square meters) with a section for kids (0.5m deep). It is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outside shower. A sauna promises a holiday that is deeply relaxing and fulfilling. Guests can step out to explore the surroundings up to 30 km on two quads and three bicycles that are available for use free of cost but must provide for gas. Right at the entrance, there is a well.
This area is a treasure trove of rich cultural and historic heritage, traditional and indigenous values, stiking vistas and unforgetable landscapes. It is difficult to find a place where humans coexist in almost perfect harmony with nature, such as the area of Bukovica and Ravni kotari, where you can truly let go and enjoy people and customs, authentic products and food which is still organic.The Ravni kotari area is the most fertile area of the Dalmatian coast, standing out with a high level of nature preservation and numerous protected sites.

This villa was just perfect for 8 of us - 2 families with 2 kids each (tweens) Bedrooms were super comfy. comes with aircon, quad bikes and mountain bikes which are all completely at your disposal. The hosts live near by and are constantly available for any questions or advice etc.
The villa was spotless and beds comfy. Lots of storage and as we stayed 10 days we were able to unpack and live home from home.
Outside by the pool there is a huge summer house, with a massive large table, full kitchen facilities, pizza oven, fire etc. With a sauna and walk in shower. We spent much of our time here having group dinners and playing games. There is wifi, but it was great to unplug and play cards and games with the kids. the pool is heated and super clean.
We couldn't recommend this villa enough and we would definitely go back. Felt completely safe and immersed in the country side.

Property had everything we wanted - nice big pool with a summer house next to it completed with kitchen and dining table. The summer house also had toilet next to a sauna so we didn’t need to use the main house whilst sunbathing or using the pool. Kitchen in main house and summer house had most things already there like salt, sugar, etc to make cooking easier.
Bedrooms and open plan living/dining in the main house were excellent, big and comfortable and made it very comfortable when we used the main home early morning or late at night. Bedrooms had blackout blinds so no daylight could wake us up early which was ideal.
Host and her husband kept in contact via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok and were always quick to respond to our questions and needs about the property.
Property had two full bathrooms in the main house and a toilet with shower in the summer house by the pool so there was no arguing over these between our daughters.
The summer house by the pool was the best thing about the Villa. It had a full kitchen with a huge dining table and also included sauna and toilet next door. We basically used the summer house from 10am to 10pm when we had pool days in and only used the main house to sleep most days.
Villa was amazing and we even had a go of the quad bikes around the village/farms which was brilliant. Also, three cycles were available to use.

We had a great stay at Vulla Tower in Smilcic. Danijela is a great host, immediate responses, "problems" are solved immediately. She placed some cheese bacon, water an wine in our fridge for a good start in our holidays. The Quads are cool, the BBQ house is beautiful and sauna, kicker/billard and table tennis are great addidtions.
