Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war super! Die Gastgeber, die im Ort auch ein Restaurant mit Hausmannskost betreiben, waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war noch neu, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders mochten wir die gemütliche Grillecke im Hof, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Lage war für uns perfekt: Ein Bäcker für Frühstücksbrötchen ist gleich um die Ecke, das bekannte "Hamburger Wappen" an der Teuelsmauer erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten und mit dem Auto ist man in 5 - 10 Minuten sowohl in der einen Richtung in Thale mit seiner Therme, dem Hexentanzplatz und dem Eingang ins Bodetal als, in die andere Richtung, auch in Blankenburg, wo wir an warmen Tagen u.a. das biologische Freibad empfehlen können. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die schöne, gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage für viele verschiedene Exkursionen in den Harz. Die Teufelsmauer ist in nur wenigen Fußminuten vom Haus zu erreichen.
Es gibt eine tolle Wanderung vom "Hamburger Wappen" zum "Großvaterfelsen" bei Blankenburg. Thale mit der Wanderung zur Roßtrappe ist nur etwa 4 km entfernt. Die Städte Halberstadt, Werningerode und Quedlinburg, ebenso einige Höhlen sind gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns immer wieder gefreut, abends in diese Wohnung zurückzukehren.
