Unit #30 - Fresh off a new facelift with a view of the mountain, this two-
bedroom, two-bath, side-unit condo comes with afternoon sun and a view of the
ski slopes and mountain bike trails. The condo has new plush carpet, while the
living room has a beautiful new sofa and a 65" smart TV where you can easily
log into your streaming services. The downstairs bedroom has a California king
bed and a wall-mounted 45" smart TV. The upstairs bedroom has a California
king bed, two twin beds (one is a trundle), and a 50" smart TV. This unit
includes the use of a locker at Canyon Lodge which means no more lugging your
skis and boards to and from your condo. A locker in the St. Anton parking
garage is also available for you so you can store your skis and boards. The
courtyard area has a heated pool (in the summer only), 2 year-round hot tubs,
BBQs, and picnic tables (in the summer and fall). The recreation room has a
dry sauna, a pool table, a kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave for
group gatherings, a large-screen TV, and a sitting area with a fireplace. For
winter skiers, the complex (and view from the unit) is located roughly 110
yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.
ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any
additional parking is not guaranteed.

This is a wonderful unit in an excellent location as long as you don’t mind climbing stairs. Very comfortable furnishings and super clean. Our only complaint was the downstairs bed. It was horribly uncomfortable, sagging severely on one side. We notified the property management company and hope they will replace the bed because we would love to stay in this unit again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations as the location was perfect for Canyon Lodge and the Village and was extremely easy to access. The unit itself was well appointed and very comfortable for our group to enjoy games and dinner. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing! Condo is very clean and perfect for a family. Location makes this an amazing place to have a famil ski vacation. Will certainly always try and use in the future.
