Bunk Room (upstairs): 3 twin beds
Beds are all made with clean linens upon your arrival

Private en suite bathroom 1: Full bath includes a walk-in shower, double vanity located downstairs.
Bathroom 2: Full bath includes a clawfoot tub is located downstairs.

POLICIES/RULES:
• NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed on the premises.
• This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME (up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 per booking for each pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet. Maximum of 2 pets, contact us for additional pets and for breeds that are allowed. Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present.
• Maximum Occupancy: 7
• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years old.
• Parking: Off Street parking for 1 car in the driveway. Street parking available first come first serve with no pass required. Garage is not accessible to guests.
• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
• Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
• No uninvited guests without permission.
• Do not take bath towels to the beach.
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
• Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee or Security Deposit. Additional fees may apply.

We loved this house! The place looked just like the photos. There were some past reviews mentioning a smell, we did notice it but it was not overwhelming, couldn't even smell it most of the time and it did not affect our comfortability. I loved the kitchen, cookware and utensils! The AC worked fantastic. There were no problems with either bathroom, shower or the washer and dryer, all functioned properly. The kids loved their space upstairs. We slept so good on the comfortable beds! This was our first time to Galveston, it is a lovely town, quiet at night. We would love to stay here again and 100% recommend!

This is an older house & and you are hit with the musty smell when you first enter the front door!. The living room furniture is tired - couch is new but one are chair cover is literally falling apart and the other chair is vintage 1970's. The kitchen makeover was nice. The on suite master bath makeover was nice. The AC return for the whole house is in the FLOOR of the master bath floor - OMG, come on man! Clawfoot tub in the other bathroom with no shower. Vacant house next door with windows missing. Preschool across the street makes for lots of traffic in the afternoon - we were blocked out of our driveway twice due to moms parking & blocking to retrieve kids. Would not stay here again!
