This beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated Townhome with a coastal vibe is located at well maintained Sea Shell in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores, just a few steps away from the beautiful sandy beach. It’s a 2-story end unit with an abundancy of natural sunlight. Please note that the townhome doesn’t have an elevator. The living area features new furnishings, queen sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV and large sliding doors opening up to the nicely furnished balcony. The dining area has a large table, comfortably seating 6. It connects to the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, state-of-the art, stainless steel Samsung Smart appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The main bedroom on the upper level features a comfy King Sized Bed with an en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen sized beds. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and a desk/desk chair. The split floor plan offers privacy and is great for a group of friends or a family. This amazing place also feature free WiFi and a full size washer/dryer in the condo. Please note: There is no elevator at this property.

The beach is within easy walking distance with public beach access quite near across the street. You can also relax on a comfy lounge chair with a good book at the beautiful, sparkling pool (heated in the winter) on site. If you like to fish, no reason to leave - there's a private fishing dock with fish cleaning station. Bringing a kayak or going to rent one while you are here? There is a kayak launch on grounds here!
We know the main attraction here are the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. However, there are endless places, restaurants, and activities at laid back Indian Shores you must try while staying here. Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog and Parrot Beach Pub, and more! If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. Loved this property. My friend group and I were in town for a funeral and we were so grateful to come home after a sad day to comfortable couch and a nice environment to unwind in. I am also very impressed with Resort Rentals, we had a friend arrive early and they were able to allow us an early check in time. As well, there was roofing construction being done to the property, I did write an email with a complaint and received a phone call within 10 minutes to explain the situation in depth and the issue was resolved that day. Thank you to Resort Rentals for allowing us a comfortable stay

Condo was very nice, updated, nice kitchen, had multiple unexpected amenities such as beach wagons, chairs, etc. Pool was extremely warm, but I guess most are in the summer in Florida.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Shell 14. The unit was a nice size and on the inlet and a very short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts and balls. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. We enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee. We did call Resort Rentals as we struggled to get into the garage. They were incredibly responsive. We all agreed we'd stay here again on a future trip.

We loved our stay! Close to the beach. Access to heated pool. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. It was clean, well-decorated, well-stocked with kitchen utensils, extra towels, beach stuff, etc. Property management was readily accessible and responsive.
Great place for our young family! We would stay here again!
