Professionally cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines between each guest stay. PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling.

Garage is NOT available for guest use however driveway can accommodate two cars.

Welcome, to Queen Palm Pool Home!
This tropical oasis will fulfill all your dreams and aspirations you may have for a vacation rental. This 1700 square feet 3-bedroom, 2 bath home is equipped with beautiful tile floors, stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and all amenities you may think of. Enjoy the convenience of a one-story home on a spacious lakefront lot with high ceilings and French doors that lead out to your own secluded private saltwater pool and seating area. Sit back and relax in the quiet outdoor space sipping on a cool drink and enjoying nature and the warm feeling of the sun. In the evening the pool has colored lights that add to the ambiance of this outdoor space. Prepare a meal and sit out at the outdoor dining table for an alfresco meal and relax from of day of sightseeing or beach activities. (Pool can be heated in cooler months (November - April) for an additional $35.00 plus tax a day. Please let us know at least 3 days before arrival so it is heated when you arrive.
The living room is spacious and has two leather sofas that are perfect for watching your favorite programming on the large screen Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a master shower, double vanity, and a large spacious walk-in closet and a TV to relax and watch your favorite show at the end of the day. This master suite has two double French doors that lead to the pool or in cooler months left open for a cool breeze while you sleep. Both guest rooms have queen beds and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The family room has comfortable leather seating and a large deck with a storage cabinet if you need to work or catch up on emails. The pool area has two covered seating areas, chaise lounges, a storage area for pool toys, and a propane BBQ grill. The pool area overlooks a lake and you'll want to spend most of your time in this outdoor oasis.
The garage in this home is NOT available for use however, plenty of driveway parking is available.

This home is located just 9 miles (20-minute drive) from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 7 minutes away (3.7 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 14 minutes (6.9 miles). There is a Publix grocery store at Bayshore Gardens that is 8 minutes away (2.6 miles) and a Walmart Neighborhood Market that is just 9 minutes away (4.6 miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks, and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 31-minute drive (13.3 miles) or Lido Key Beach is 22 minutes (9 miles). Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Key Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. There are many great restaurants within a short car ride such as the Sunnyside Café which among other things has the best lobster roll sandwich in town!! Downtown Sarasota is a short 13-minute drive and abounds with restaurants, rooftop bars, and shopping. Exactly what was described. Very quiet neighborhood, beds very comfortable. Pool perfect for the kids. Recommend Lido beach over Siesta. Closer and less crowded.

Our stay at Queen Palm Villa was just what we needed. We loved the layout of the home & its location was close to all the places we needed to travel. The only reason I didn't give cleanliness or accuracy of listing a higher star count is because the back patio area and furniture could have been cleaner. We didn't use the sofa on the patio as it was covered in dust and debris that nature can bring in. The outside fridge area where there are bar stools needs attention. Last thing I would like to mention is that we traveled a long ways to stay at Queen Palm and we arrived a couple hours early. They wouldn't let us check in any earlier which made it difficult to wait after being exhausted from our trip. We found that the house was already clean and ready for an early check in, as we parked near the home and waited, but couldnt. That was disheartening, but all-in-all, our stay was wonderful!

Great stay! Clean, comfortable beds, comfortable couch, easy communication. Convenient location to airport, Ed Smith Stadium, and short drive to Lido and Siesta Key.

Two days prior to arrival we received email saying the property’s garage was not available during our stay. We arrive after 4pm and the front door will not open. Itrip host quickly responded and she sent out a locksmith. The inside of the house was clean and nicely decorated as pictures show. The most disappointing was the outside of the house-several pots in front and back yard with dead plants. Weeds need to be cut (no grass) and fountain grass needs to clean dead off, palm tree needs dead palms removed. Pool deck needs to be power washed. Instructions said there was a small cooler we could use but never found. We have stayed at Itrip properties in the past and this property doesn’t seem to match their qualities.
