Situated on the tranquil West End of Sanibel Island, weare just a short 5-minute stroll from the deeded beach access at Rabbit Road and West Gulf Drive. Endless seashells and beautiful sunsets await you. The bike path across the street connects you to over 20 miles of scenic trails, perfect for exploring the island's natural beauty. You can even bike to the popular Rosalita’s Mexican Restaurant in just 5 minutes!
Comfort & Space:
Our home offers three bedrooms (one king, one queen and one with two twins) and a bonus room with a queen bed, comfortably accommodating additional guests. The king suite opens onto the lanai overlooking the pool. All main-level bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, perfect for couples or families seeking extra privacy.
Outdoor Oasis:
Relax and unwind in our spacious screened-in lanai, overlooking the generously sized heated pool. It's the perfect spot for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine or stargazing on balmy evenings.

Great location. Very clean house. All the amenities were there. Thinking about coming back with the grandkids so they can enjoy the pool, toys and short walk to the beach.Thanks for an enjoyable stay

Our host answered questions rapidly. Enjoyed the house. It was in a great location on bike path and close to Bailys food and Mex restaurant. There were plenty of kitchen tools and the TV worked fine.

House was clean & in good condition. We did have issues with front door & garage door not opening. One of the closet doors was not installed properly & when opening door came at me. Pool area was full of mold & had to clean ourselves. Pool was not clean & badly stained. And we were told they only vacuum once a month. It took several days before a service came out to clean pool. Pool skimmer did not work… completely clogged. Driveway was full of nails & unfortunately we had to have tire repaired at our own expense. All the above was reported to Dream vacations. They respond but don’t communicate if or when issue will be taken care of. They never communicated someone would be coming to house to fix closet door. Unfortunately they came without prior notice & let themselves in without our knowledge. We did not appreciate that. We will never rent a house associated with Dream vacations in Florida ever again!!!
