We loved this property. It was well acquainted and very clean. It was overlooking the pool with an ocean view which I loved for my coffee every morning on the balcony. The grounds were tended to daily as well as the pool. It is quiet and just a walk away from the beach. Very comfortable for me and my son. We will most certainly rent again! Very happy!

Great views of ocean, convenient location, and nice complex. always have loved staying at Spanish Trace. pros: clean, spacious rooms, great location, quick walk to beach, easy check-in and responsive companycons: as other reviews have mentioned, there are no ceiling fans- especially in upper bedrooms. while the renters provide fans, they are loud, and it gets warm in the upper floor. We have stayed at a few other properties in this complex and they allhave had ceiling fans to help keep things cool. also, the kitchen dishes and silverware could use an upgrade- very mismatched with different quantities for each item. not a deal breaker but worth mentioning if we had a bigger group with us
