The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large fridge, and granite countertops ready to prepare a full course meal or a mid-day snack. The formal dining area seats up to 8 people and the kitchen dining table seats 6. There is an additional kitchen bar to entertain guests with seating for 5. Enjoy some time playing a game of pool with the Pool Table right beside the kitchen bar area!
The pool area includes a built-in BBQ grill and the best outlooks of the Reunion Resort golf course. There is high-quality patio furniture and plenty of seating to lounge in and additional seating near the summer kitchen with a table and seating for 4. The sectional outside has seating for 3, an additional 2 patio chairs, and 2 sun loungers to relax in after a long day at the theme parks. The games area has a foosball, air hockey, Elvira pinball, arcade legends, and shuffleboard game to have hours of fun!

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
The firepit is not for guests' use
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

The property is beautiful! It was a great location with in the resort overlooking the Golf course that really makes you feel like you are on vacation. Most days we enjoyed just hanging out at the house swimming in the pool and using the outdoor kitchen

This is our second stay at Palmilla Villa. This home is absolutely gorgeous, and well maintained. Except for a few things of the usual wear and tear that needs fixing or replacing, the property is perfect for our group of family and friends. We had an issue with air conditioner in the bedrooms, but was addressed and fixed within an hour of our call. It seems as though much of the kitchen wares that we remember being there last year, including utensils have gone missing. We made do with what was available, and with what we brought with us, but the owners really need to do a walk through and make note of items missing, and needing replacement. Other than that, the backyard patio and pool are just as beautiful as we remembered, and pool heating was perfect, but though no fault of the owner, current construction beyond the property to build more homes really took away from the original peaceful and serene views we loved so much during our last stay, but that won’t keep us away from this wonderful vacation rental. We’ll be back!
