Building is a little older but in good repair. We would not call it a condo but more of an apartment or motel converted into apartments. It would be difficult to make a full meal in the kitchen as it is VERY small. The living room furniture wis older and somewhat uncomfortable however if the weather cooperates you will spend most of your time outside so not much of an issue. Overall is was a nice place that we would consider staying in again if nothing more was available.

We stated a week in August 2024. Condo was just as described. Arrival was smooth. Condo smelled like it has just been cleaned although we did find some stay hairs. Sheets and linens included was nice. View was great and location is A1. Loved using the decks for morning coffee and dinner just a few steps off the beach.
Only real complaint was we didn't really care for the mattress. It was pretty firm and out backs were pretty sore in the morning. We'd rent it again for the right price.

Nice apartment overlooking the beach and Ocean. Good size for 2 people, but can accommodate 4. One suggestion would be to provide a small fan to help the air conditioning better reach the bedroom.

Listing says "Linens & Towels" For a 5 day stay on the beach, 1 set of towels per person is certainly not enough!There was absolutely NO Toilet Paper. Had to run to the store to buy 2 rolls... (which I blame the Cleaning crew) The response was "there is a set of towels for 2 people" and nothing on the lack of toilet paper.
