We did have a great time getting away with friends, however the listing is not entirely accurate. The inside of the property was pretty clean and comfortable apart from the cook top light not working (very annoying), only having 2 tea towels, no mirrors in the bedrooms (a must for a group of ladies) and no acrylic glasses for use in the spa - we had to go buy our own. The outdoor area was not like in the photos: We left the bbq much cleaner than we found it, the outdoor furniture was dirty and not an area where you could sit around the spa (no table as in photo) and the garden needs a lot of attention. Having said that, the beds were very comfy and the location is great.
