About this house rental
Welcome to Imagination Inn! Our three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse is the perfect place for your theme park stay. Just two miles from Disney World in the closest gated resort community to the Disney theme parks, Imagination Inn is ready for your family vacation! Be at Disney World in just ten minutes – and only twenty minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World, and the many other attractions in the area! Windsor Hills is an amazing, secure community with a resort pool and waterpark you won't find anywhere else. Our townhouse is just steps from the clubhouse, pool, and community amenities (don't miss the castle playground!), and has its own private splash pool!
You'll find everything you need for your vacation at Imagination Inn. Enjoy three bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. A full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen will make life simple – and high speed Wifi, cable, and smart TVs will make it fun! One downstairs bedroom features a queen sized bed and attached bathroom with walk-in shower, great for your family members who would prefer not to use the stairs. Upstairs, you'll find our Neverland-themed bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed as well as a Cinderella-themed master bedroom fit for royalty with a king sized bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms and the master bath features double sinks.
Our full kitchen has everything you need to feed your family, from pots and pans to plenty of dishes – even a crockpot and a Mickey waffle maker! You'll find seating for six at our dining room table and two stools at our kitchen counter. Enjoy our ear-mazing living room wall before you head out to your private splash pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and our gorgeous lake view with no rear neighbors. Pool heat is included in your stay at no additional charge!
Guests must sign rental agreement and provide credit card information for security deposit hold through our secure reservation system within 48 hours of booking or reservation will be automatically cancelled according to our house rules. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is 7. All adults over 18 must be pre-registered in the resort security system prior to arrival; drivers license must be presented to guard at gate upon check in.
Please note that this property is equipped with cameras recording 24/7 at the front door exterior (doorbell) and at the rear of the property overlooking the pool equipment. These are in place for the protection of our property and our guests; tampering with or covering the cameras may result in your removal from the property with no refund according to our house rules. No devices are in the pool area or inside the home, and no cameras have any view of the interior of the home or pool/patio area.
COMMUNITY UPDATE: Please note that the Windsor Hills community waterpark will be closed for updates January 5th through February 13th, 2026. All other community amenities including the lagoon pool will remain open!

The house was perfect for the 6 of us, 3 adults 3 kids. The kids loved the pool and spent hrs out there after all day at the parks. The convenience to the resort pool and arcade was a major plus. If we ever get lucky enough to return we will be renting again!! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Imagination inn met our needs completely. The splash pool was the hit! All of our needs were met. We went to sea world and it was an easy drive! I would recommend for anyone. The kids also loved the splash pad and community pool. The adults loved the store with adult beverages.

The rental is conveniently located .15 miles from the club house. Was great to be able to just pack up and take a quick walk when we wanted to head to the big pool. The rentals pool was nice and kept at a good temperature. If you are older or have older guests traveling with you there is a bedroom downstairs that also has a walk in shower which was great for my in-laws.
The owner is very communicative and responded quickly to all my inquiries. We ended up adding additional days on to the beginning of our trip and all went smooth. Because we were checking in at 3 am we booked the day before our arrival and has zero issues at the gate or entry to the house.

Imagination Inn was such a wonderful property for our family to stay while we visited Disney World. The drive to and from Disney was effortless and quick. The townhome had everything we needed. The children loved the splash pool out back and especially loved the amenities that the Windsor Hills Community had. The splash pad, slides, and pool area were all wonderful. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!
