A 820 square foot fully remodeled home with comfortable farmhouse decor in the woods offering serenity and privacy. A private bedroom with a queen size bed, comfortable living area, separate dining area, roomy kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking and enjoying a meal on the outdoor patio, a bright and spacious bathroom, and a 55” Smart TV.
**Please note, the loft is not accessible.

Looking for an outing, Sunset Hill is about 5 minutes from Wimberley’s Square, Blue Hole, Jacobs Well and Cypress Falls. The Square offers great little shops, chef styled cuisine and incredible swimming holes!
Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon on the water. Check out the music calendar at Whitewater Amphitheater and rock out at a concert! Explore New Braunfels and Gruene and enjoy fabulous restaurants and live music. A day of tubing, kayaking, and rafting on the Guadalupe River is always fun. Families and children will especially love Schlitterbahn Water Park and Landa Park. Visit the over 240 shops at the San Marcos Outlet for an endless day of shopping.
Blanco has several popular attractions for outdoorsmen, historians, and foodies. Blanco State Park offers fishing, swimming, and hiking. Cozy place for a great weekend getaway. A very short drive to Wimberley but away enough that it was peaceful. The hot tub was a great addition, loved watching the stars at night while sitting in it.The views of the sunset while eating on the porch were also a plus.Updated decor and very clean.We didn’t use anything in the loft but the bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The couch was really the only uncomfortable thing in the rental but it wasn’t a deal breaker, we’d be back again.Only hiccup we really ran into had nothing to do with the unit. We were there for my boyfriends birthday and I was hoping to have a surprise cake there when we arrived. Coordinating with the property manager was not the easiest and the vendor was almost unable to set up because they were told to wait for the cleaners to arrive. Cleaner didn’t come until after 2 pm with a 4 pm arrival. It all worked out in the end. Again, wouldn’t keep me from renting this place or from the property manager, it just wasn’t the easiest thing to coordinate.

Little creepy roaches were under our clothes on the floor in the bathroom.. we had put our dirty clothes in the bathroom and when we went to pick them up, there were roaches under them.
