Beautiful, Large Home with Rec Passes, Ping Pong, A/C, Hot Tub, Tokatee 14

Welcome to Tokatee 14! Situated on the north side of Sunriver, this two story, cabin-feel home has 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, outdoor patio seating, and a wonderful open living space. The entire home features art and photography by local artists. Downstairs includes a Master King Bedroom with En-Suite, a separate office with a Full hide-a-bed, and a guest Half Bath. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: A King with En-Suite, a Queen with access to a shared Full-Bath, and a room with two sets of Bunk Beds. The home sits just off the 8th hole of the Woodlands Golf Course and allows for easy access to the paved Sunriver walking/bike path.

Downstairs:
Upon entering the front door, there is a tiled entry with a coat closet and landing area for shoes. Immediately on the right, there is an office that can be accessed through glass french doors. The office features a couch/full-sized hide-a-bed, desk and chair, and a walk-in closet which also stores a vacuum cleaner, if needed.

A hallway on the right, beyond the office, leads you directly to a guest Half-Bath with a sink, toilet and a step-stool.

Farther down the hallway is the spacious Master Bedroom with a King bed, Smart TV, and sliding glass door access to the Hot Tub. This bedroom has a large En-Suite with a double-sink vanity, jet bathtub, toilet and shower room, hair dryer & a walk-in closet with ample storage.

Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is the tiled Laundry Room which also provides access to the Garage. The Laundry Room features a washer & dryer, supplied with detergent and dryer sheets, a sink, a coat hanger, and additional storage. The laundry room is also where the SHARC passes, hot tub key & spa/pool towels can be found.

Upon entering the front door, the high ceilings immediately draw your eye to the large open-concept living area on the left. This common area features a massive stone-faced gas fireplace, Large Smart TV, two full couches, window bench seating and a lounge chair. A supply of family friendly games can be found in drawers underneath the window bench seating. There is direct access to the back patio via a sliding glass door.

Adjacent to the living area is the dining table and kitchen. The area is surrounded by beautiful natural light coming in from windows and another sliding glass door. The dining table seats eight while three more can sit at the island. There are plenty of cupboards for storage and significant counter space for cooking and food prep. The kitchen wraps back around to the entry hall with easy access to the Laundry Room.

The sliding glass doors near the dining table open up to additional seating on the patio. The outdoor dining set seats 6 and there is a set of chaise lounge chairs near the hot tub.

The Garage can be accessed through the Laundry Room. There's no parking in the garage however as it features another refrigerator for additional food and drink storage, a ping pong table with paddles and balls, a hanging ski rack for skis and snowboards, snow boot storage, 3 snow sleds, 7 adult sized bikes & 5 adult sized helmets, bike pump, a portable cooler for day trips, 4 pickleball paddles and balls, and park-play items such as a volleyball, soccer ball and frisbees. A bike path crosses Tokatee Lane right where it T's with West Cascade Road. Kids bikes and tag-a-longs, as well as additional helmets, may be rented in Sunriver village.

Upstairs:
The upstairs consists of 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The first bedroom is an upstairs Master with a King bed, a Smart TV, a Nest Speaker to stream music, a wireless phone charger, and En-Suite with a double vanity, walk-in closet, shower, toilet & hair dryer. Farther down the hall is a second bedroom with a Queen bed, walk-in closet, a Nest Speaker to stream music, and a wireless phone charger. The third bedroom is a spacious room with two bunk beds (4 twin beds) with a Nest Speaker to stream music and a selection of children's books. The bunk bed room and the Queen bed room share a full-bath that features a double vanity, toilet, and a shower/tub combination, hair dryer & a step-stool.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes. Passes include access to the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf and the Winter Sledding Hill. See the SHARC website for full details.

This home does not allow pets, and no exceptions will be made.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Thing to Know:
This home does have a Ring Doorbell. Audio/Video is not recorded.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
