Evergreen is a top shelf property!! From its ski-in-ski out location to the thoughtful feel at home touches and amenities of this property are hard to beat. Easiest of access to skiing as well as proximity to the free gondola system which connects you to all the action without having to use a vehicle. The property also includes dial a ride service, which provides free transportation anywhere in Mt Village, providing ease of access to all that Telluride and Mt Village have to offer.
This four level townhome provides plenty of space and privacy. Starting at the top! Top floor consists of the primary suite providing a private, quiet space. Comfy king bed, gas fireplace, organic linens and towels a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, double sink vanity and freestanding, white stone tub, to soak after a day of skiing, hiking or biking.
The main living level is bright and airy, with an open floor plan highlighted with floor to ceiling windows, outrageous views and an incredible living, dining and living area that spills out onto a great deck with gas grill and seasonal seating. The kitchen is well equipped and functional for the best of chefs, stainless steal appliances, and all the gadgets needed to make cooking a pleasure. The dining area has seating for six and a bar top area with seating for four. The space is equipped with great amenities, from the large flat screen TV, SONOS sound system and streaming capabilities. The garage (one space), main entrance and powder room are all part of this great living level, and make for easy living.
One level down consists of a greatly equipped den, media area with large flat screen TV, comfortable couch, and lounge chair for relaxed viewing and or chill space.
