About this apartment rental
Unit #74 is beautifully updated - a two bedroom, two bath, side unit with sun
and a gondola view. The living room has a sofa sleeper with a 48' flat screen
HDTV. Master bedroom-queen log bed with 48' flat screen TV. Upstairs bedroom
has a queen bed and two sets twin bunk beds with a 32' TV. The kitchen is a
delight with all new appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets and tile
floor. Each bath has been upgraded with gorgeous tile. Ski locker available in
garage. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer only), 2 year round
outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation room has
a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for
group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace. For
winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon
Lodge.
ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any
additional parking is not guaranteed.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.

We have been visiting Mammoth for eight years and we always stay at St. Anton condominiums. Their staff offers excellent service and they are very friendly. Great experience overall, we have referred friends and family and we will continue to do so.

Location can’t be beat! I was afraid to stay on the road side of the complex but it wasn’t to loud. However we didn’t have any snow while we were there so no early morning snowplows to hear. The kitchen was well stocked (could use a bread knife and another pot holder) all else was great! Beds were comfortable and clean. They place was super warm and cozy which I love. Ski in ski out was so easy and the extra ski locker at the lodge was great because it was so hot mid day a we could leave the extra layers in the locker. The key to open the place was not easy I thought we were locked out when we first got there. Takes some elbow elbow grease to open the lock. Be warned It is on the 3rd floor no elevator but not a problem for us. Wi-Fi was terrible if you have to work don’t go. Ha ha. Lastly they do not supply shampoo anymore so just bring your own.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was a perfect space for our family. The amenities were over and above what we expected. We were able to bake and cook our family meals with everything provided to do so. Best part is that this condo is so close to the ski resort and gondola taking us into town to go shopping and eat out. Highly recommend this awesome location, spacious yet cozy place. If you are a gourmet cook you will enjoy the kitchen. If you don't like to cook just jump on the gondola and eat out in all the great restaurants that are nearby.

I love staying at St. Anton!!! Condo #74 was perfect for us!!! Clean, comfortable and close to chair 7. Only bummer was the jacuzzi being closed due to Covid.
