Sehr schönes großes und sauberes Appartement. Es ist eine komplette Wohnung mit großer Küche und Essbereich, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und modernem Bad. Alles Tip-Top! Parkplätze gibt es in der ruhigen Wohngegend (Sackgasse) ausreichend vor dem Haus. Die Lage direkt oberhalb der Marinas mag für manche etwas abgelegen sein, für mich war die Nähe zur Marina perfekt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Die etwas heruntergekommene Wohngegend der alten Werft und die unattraktive Aussenansicht des Hauses darf einen nicht stören: die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig renoviert und sauber!
