Casa confortevole su due piani, con due bagni comodi e cortile interno, a una 50ina di metri dal mare (forse non il piu' bello della costa, ma con spiaggia ampia sabbiosa e acqua pulita). Stanze ben tenute, con aria condizionata; sul retro, palazzi in costruzione (estate 2026: il buongiorno arrivava anche dagli operai nel cantiere) e parcheggio; vicini, minimarket, edicola, bar e ristoranti.

Thew location was great. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. It is close to the beach and other facilities.
The garden, which is specifically stressed in the offer, is actually just a small yard, rather ugly, used partially as a deposit. There are some grapes hanging from the veranda and fruit trees growing on a limites space. The ripening fruits were falling on the ground and the place was full of wasps. In one word, the "garden" was good for nothing.

Literie et sanitaires propres et relativement confortables. L’emplacement près de la plage et du cœur du village était très appréciable.
La vaisselle mal lavée, le jardin non utilisable en raison du chantier de construction à 1 mètre et des moustiques très présents. Le jardin n’est pas entretenu et nous pouvons juste y étendre le linge.
