Absolutely amazing place. Very clean and well-kept. The owners were very nice and welcoming as well. The view from the top floor balcony is absolutely amazing and worth the money. The only downside is the fact that it is on top of a hill but that is normal for Neos Marmaras, so cannot complain.

Our stay at OLITENIA was perfect, we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation because it is even better than the advertised photos. The sea view from our room was to die for, the facilities are great, the owners and employees were beyond helpful, and the room was cleaned every day. The individual balconies were great, and the rooftop gives you an amazing 360 degree view of Neos Marmaras. Additionally, it is very close to the sea (less than a 5 minute walk, if you’re slow), shops, restaurants which was extremely convenient.

Very well organized and perfect location!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, so everything is within easy reach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, you can really see the attention to detail. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back again!

Although it’s a bit further from the beach (around a 15-minute walk in the sun), it’s not a problem at all since it’s very close to the city center and everything is within easy reach.
